half a year after twilight came to ponyville her and applejack started dating so when the charming cheese sandwich hopped into town with a obviouse crush on pinkie pie, that she obviously had in return though even herself hadn't know, applejack felt upsetted and thought pinkie pie would leave her for cheese. but even when cheese left she still harbored the feeling that pinkie would leave her. when it got so bad she had bursted with the confession of how she'd been feeling and pinkie assured her she loved her, but this is also when pinkie relized her feelings for cheese. she still loved applejack but also liked cheese. it was till later when cheese returned to town for pinkies birthday and asked her out. pinkie was conflicted and confronted him and applejack about it. they both loved pinkie and pinkie felt the same for them. after a long talk they decieded to simply have a polyamorous relationship. they left town to start traveling. they formed a party planning bussiness with applejack catering food. they had bumps in their relationship along the way but have stayed togeather happily enjoying their party life
now later when they returned to ponyville for fluttershy and rainbowdash's wedding they decided to setteled down in sweet apple acers, with big Mcintosh, Cheerilee, their daughter macy and applebloom who was still scrapping up money to movie to manehatten to build buildings, for a while. they planned to have a kid and due to pinkie pie being a trans mare they left applejack to carry for future child. the colt was born at home and named pie splat
they live happily transitioning from their secondary home in ponyville and traveling on the road
